Description

Fully-boxed frame rails for all 1934 Chevy Master passenger cars. The shape and contour match the original rail, but we have deepened and squared-off the center rail section for added strength and a more uniform appearance. The outer frame rail is one piece, full length, 10g steel frame rail with upper and lower rail formed over to make a C-channel in the center, straight section of the frame. This formed steel reduces the amount of welding needed and creates a smooth, rounded edge. Our our matching boxing plate (also available, SKU 34MBOX) is welded in and the remaining top and bottom rail sections are hand formed and welded in using our dedicated frame fixture. These are the same rails we use to build the Complete Rolling Chassis we also offer. Sold as a PAIR.

NOTE: Due to the heat generated during welding, these boxed rails may arch a bit when removed from our fixture. It is expected that you will secure and square these rails in a welding fixture/table prior to installing suspension and crossmembers,
